Project to support creative youth «On the wings of hope»
The Library of Elbasy is a permanent platform for displaying and promoting the works of young artists of Kazakhstan. In 2011, the project to support creative youth «On the wings of hope» was founded. Over the past 10 years, the project has become a launching pad for many aspiring authors who have had the opportunity to make a big statement about their work by presenting their first solo exhibitions.
