The highest state awards collection

One of the main and especially significant place in the museum collection of Elbasy’s Library has the award collection of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It includes the highest state awards and the public awards collections.

The highest state awards collection consists of the following groups:

1) the state awards of the USSR;

2) the state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the foreign states awards.

The public awards collection

The public awards collection is subdivided to the following groups:

1) jubilee medals, academic ranks, honorary titles;

Numismatics collection

Numismatics collection includes the following thematic groups:

1) numismatics: coins, souvenir coins;

2) notaphily: banknotes and bonds, in albums, as panels;

3) phaleristic: medals, breastplates, badges, sports medals;

4) philately: post stamps, post envelopes, postcards, as panels, as albums;

5) heraldry: coats of arms, miniatures of coats of arms, as souvenirs;

6) table medals: commemorative, anniversary, presentation, posters, as souvenirs;

7) sphragistics: seals, stamps.

Collection of souvenir goods

Collection of souvenir goods includes the following thematic groups:
1) decorative plates;
2) souvenir panels: memorial plates, memorial boards, welcome letters, panels;
3) memorial souvenirs: table souvenirs, compositions, figurines, steles, symbols of power,  religion goods, musical instruments, posters, souvenir keys;
4) sport souvenirs: cups, souvenirs;
5) caskets;
6) souvenir miniatures: architectural, industrial, transport.

Collection of clothes

Collection of clothes includes the following thematic groups:

1) personal clothes of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev - Elbasy;

2) special clothes: sports, working, business, military;

3) national costume of the world's people;

4) gowns of domestic and foreign educational and scientific institutions;

5) head-dresses;

6) footwear.
