Publishing | The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The main direction of the editorial and publishing activities of the Elbasy Library is the publication of publications devoted to the study of the history of the formation and development of independent Kazakhstan, the activities of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev, the phenomenon of the personality of Elbasy, his political activity, historical contribution to the development of Kazakhstan's statehood and strategic initiatives that have influenced the world.

On the basis of the publishing and printing complex of the Elbasy Library, which includes its own printing house, publishing projects of the Library's structural divisions are implemented, a full cycle of printing production is carried out – from the idea to the finished circulation.

The publishing projects of the Elbasy Library are represented by the socio-political and popular scientific magazine "NN Journal", as well as various scientific, educational, scientific-stock, reference, informational, visual publications.

The strategy of the publishing direction of the Elbasy Library is formed on the basis of the scientific program "The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev: the strategy of public administration and the phenomenon of leadership", the scientific and educational program and its projects "Political initiatives of N.A. Nazarbayev in the formation and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "History of culture of Kazakhstan", "Child and culture", social project "Ideas that change the world", informational and educational courses "Kazakhstan's way: Mangilik El", "Rukhani Zhangyru: the way to the future", scientific and stock research, exposition and exhibition and information and image activities of the Library of the Elbasy.

As part of the implementation of these programs, projects and research, it is planned to prepare and publish collections of scientific papers, teaching aids and complexes, albums, catalogs, guidebooks, archival documentary and illustrative collections, information booklets and other types of printed materials. In addition, a variety of representative products are produced: calendars, postcards, posters, diplomas and certificates, etc.

The results of the preparation and release of the publishing products of the Elbasy Library:

* informing the Kazakhstan's political, scientific and educational community, regional representatives of the civil service, the general population about the role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev in the processes of formation and strengthening of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

* publication of the results of scientific, archival and museological research and materials about the expositions of the Elbasy Library dedicated to the history of independent Kazakhstan, acquaintance with which will help readers to replenish their knowledge about the history of their native country;

* development of conscious patriotism of the younger generation by promoting basic universal values, such as respect for their history, customs and traditions.

The published printed materials are presented on the official website of theElbasy Library in the "Publications" and "NN Journal" sections.

Through the printed materials published, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy actively positions itself in the socio-political and cultural space of Kazakhstan and it is a significant subject of socio-cultural policy not only in his country, but also abroad.
