Reception room of the President in the first working residence of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in new capital 1997–2004

The walls of the Reception room of the first residence of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in new capital remember many events related to the history of formation and development of the country. This room has preserved the interior, furniture and furniture from the time of the residence, as well as materials describing its exceptional memorial.

Materials of the exhibition introduces the chronicle of working meetings held by Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev in the period from 1997 to 2004. In particular, the illustrative series introduces meetings with heads of foreign delegations, state and public figures, outstanding representatives of culture and art, which were held in the office of the President.

Among the participants of the meetings were: outstanding artists of Kazakhstan A. Kekilbayev and F.Ongarsynova, people’s hero of Kazakhstan T. A. Musabayev, as well as foreign cultural figures, - director N. S. Mikhalkov, artist from China Zeng Yang. The warm atmosphere of the meetings of Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev with the heads of foreign countries can be seen in the photo with the President of Moldova P. Lucinschi. The illustrative series is supplemented by archival materials and books, as well as unique exhibits, in particular, the flag of Kazakhstan and a handful of earth which visited space together with T. A. Musabayev.
