The square on front of the Residence of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the parade-ground where during many years N.A.Nazarbayev met official guests and the heads of the states in accompaniment of the national anthem of the republic greeted in the person of the President people of Kazakhstan and his land.
The composition on the parade-ground attracts your attention and repeats model of Kazakh yurt – shanyrak. It is a centre of the universe – the globe around which moves the world. A source of its moving is a spindle wheel - urshuk, which spiral turns the earth; it personifies connection of the Earth and Sky, interrelation of the past, present and future. Using in the composition an element “crest” – “tort kulak”, symbolizes four sides of the world, opens up the relation of the state with the various countries of the world, that is the proof of growing authority of Kazakhstan and its leader in the global community. The photos tell about arriving of the important persons to Kazakhstan: Heads of the state of Moldova, Armenia, Poland, Romania, Turkey, the general secretary of UN K.Anan and other people.
