Acquiring the state independence by Kazakhstan, marked the beginning a number of processes which continue to evolve and find its continuation. They cover various aspects of life of the state and the people, among which one of the topical issues is the socio-political development of the country. In the modern world the conduct of activities of social policy is recognized as one of the main areas of internal policy of the country, where a key indicator performs the task of ensuring a high standard of living, the achievement of which – an important function of the state.
Kazakhstan conducts a deliberate policy to create a zone of stability in the region and ensuring a balanced multi-vector policy.
