Young generation – is an organic part of society. Youth, entering labour and public life, is not yet completely integrated into existing social and economic, ideological and political, family and household processes. The leader tendency formed by social institutes, promotes self-realization, self-expression in the course of acquisition of experience of communication and interaction of the person with other people. Possessing the creative potential and strong character, the leading person constantly is in search of interesting affairs, fascinating events which will transform surrounding reality. Non-standard of thinking and thirst of knowledge – are the most productive qualities of the creative person. It is command of time – to be leaders. Development of leadership skills depends on the social environment. Leadership in its positive sense is a basis of innovative activity of the personality, its creative contribution to society development.
As showed results of the project "Formation of leadership skills in a family, school and other social institutes", in school days the Head of state differed ability to carry his coevals. It, probably, anticipated his successes in adult life.
The purpose of this project is further deepening of research of the biography of the Head of the state and promotion of his personal and political credo among young generation.
In this regard is planned systematization of materials from personal life experience of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev, showing to a way of formation and factors of formation of qualities of Leader of nation at various levels and stages of social development.
The elective course «Жастардың бойында лидерлік қасиетті дамыту»/ «Development of leadership skills of youth» was organized since October, 7 to November, 25 2015 for pupils of 10 th grade school-lyceum «Kazgarysh» No. 50 named after Rauymbek batyr.
Considering the concept «leader» as a versatile harmonious personality, during the 18-hour program, the listeners discussed the role of the family, environment, school, nature, ethnopedagogics in the formation and development of leadership skills.
The author of course is a senior teacher of the Center of museum pedagogy of Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Ospanova, who used different methods in carrying out training: collective, group, individual, research, project, and also for children were conducted psychological trainings aimed at developing among pupils the communicative skills, self-management.
In the limits of the cource was held the meeting with a famous actor, composer, singer Nurlan Alimzhan – who had played the role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in the film: «The Sky of My Childhood», «Way of Leader», «Breaking the vicious circle». During the meeting, he told about his impressions when he had performed the role of the President in the film. He noted that, the way of the Head of state was not easy, told about the hard work of the metallurgists and about what kind of character qualities had to have for such difficult profession.
The final lesson of elective course was held in the limits of the scientific-practical conference «Лидер болу – уақыт талабы»/ «It is command of time – to be a leader» with the participation of deputy of Mazhilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A.T. Bimendina, the methodists of Astana Education Department, the representatives of the scientific and educational community, non-governmental organizations.
At the final lesson the participants of the course, prepared and made an appeal to youth, where the pupils their willingness to build the future of country expressed. The children also shared their opinions about the role of family, school, teachers, peers to develop their abilities and formation of leadership skills. The pupils performed a flash mob «Алға, Қазақстан», as a gift to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the end of the elective course the listeners received the certificates and the most active participants were awarded the letters of thanks on behalf of the director of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the head of the Astana Department of Education.
