Project No. 2 «The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of Nation N.A. Nazarbayev and strategy of socio-political modernization of Kazakhstan society»

     Kazakhstan firmly and consistently goes on a modernization way of the statement of the democratic, constitutional state caused by cardinal changes in the state, economic and political system of the country, caused objective requirements of society and formation of new system of all-Kazakhstan values.
      In the Message to the people of Kazakhstan "Social and economic modernization – is a main vector of development of Kazakhstan" the President designated the main directions in which there will take place social and economic modernization in the country. Only social stability can become a basis for achievement of such major tasks, as new industrialization, economic diversification, introduction in production of new technologies and innovations. At last, social stability is a basic condition for keeping of a core of Kazakhstan statehood – national unity.
      A purpose of this project is in studying and illumination of a role of N.A. Nazarbayev in formation and promotion of the modern concept of socio-political modernization of Kazakhstan society.

      The project is directed on the solving of the following tasks:
1. research of the main directions of socio-political modernization of Kazakhstan society, aimed at further improvement of welfare of the people of Kazakhstan;
2. improvement of life quality, and also human resources of the country, the analysis and promotion of a historical role of N.A. Nazarbayev in these processes.
