Project 4. "Role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in formation and development of social state".

      The project aims to study the characteristics of public policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the social sphere.
      Under this project on October 22-th, 2007, together with the NDP «Nur Otan» and the Republican public association «Ak Orda» was an international scientific and practical conference «The role of personality in history», devoted to the Day of the Republic. The Conference issued Digest International scientific conference «The role of personality in history». There are 17 pages with color illustrations, 2008.

On the theme of project are published - 70 articles (24 p.sh.):
