Project 2. "First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the formation of constitutional state".

   In terms of research goals of this project is to study major issues of formation of Kazakhstan as a democratic state, political and legal reasons and background adoption of the Constitution of Kazakhstan.
   The project is being prepared for publication collective monograph «Republic of Kazakhstan: the rule of law».
