Project № 5 «Formation of leader qualities in family, school and other social institutes»

The problem of studying of political leadership today is one of the political processes most actual for the analysis. It is considered that the leader qualities which are so necessary today for each person, are put and originally brought up in a family and school. It makes actual a problem of studying of educational potential of a family and school in formation of the identity of the leading child, because a family and school are the institutes interested in education of leader qualities at a teenager and capable to make it. Their actions and the role in many respects will predetermine the personal qualities of future leader.
      It is very high and continues to raise the interest to the identity of the Leader of Kazakhstan – the President of the country N.A. Nazarbayev. At the same time there is a deficiency of basic applied researches of his course of life. Value of the experience of N.A. Nazarbayev is that actually he offered unique methodology of formation of the identity of the Leader of the nation in the conditions of national specifics of Kazakhstan.
      The purpose of the scientific project is definition of the role of a family, school and other social institutes in formation of leader qualities of a person.

      The project is directed to the following problem solving:
      1. carrying out pedagogical, social, historical and political researches, scientific-research expeditions, the comparative analysis of sociological datum of last years, republican poll of image of the President;
      2. carrying out the master classes, open lessons, lectures, seminars, round tables and conferences, organization and carrying out scientific and practical seminars on the theme: «Conditions of formation of leader qualities in family, school and other social institutes».
