Тhematic tours dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

From November 21 to December 1, 2019, a decade of thematic tours dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the Library of Elbasy. Participants in the events were representatives of various age categories: first-graders of secondary school No. 25, students of  Institution of Advanced Training of Nur-Sultan, employees of the Ministry of Agriculture, etc.

The thematic tour “Atameken” tells about the Motherland, family, childhood, school years of N. A. Nazarbayev. During the tour, students of  Institution of Advanced Training got acquainted with rare photographs, video materials and archival documents related to the facts from the biography of Elbasy.

During the thematic tour “Harmony of shape and drawing”, the Ministry of Agriculture employees had the opportunity to get acquainted with a collection of decorative dishes - samples of products from Russian and Western European manufactories, Turkish porcelain factories and other souvenir dishes made of porcelain, glass, ceramics, metal, stone and wood, which differ a variety of forms, decor and manufacturing techniques.

The first-graders of secondary school No. 25became the youngest excursion participants. They came to the Museum on the thematic tour “Sports glory of Kazakhstan”. They were told about the sports achievements of the Kazakhstan’s people, the students learned a lot about the world sports championships of the planet, the participants and winners of which became famous Kazakhstan’s athletes. The young guests were interested in the bike of the famous Kazakh traveler D. I. Petrukhin, on which he traveled 80 countries of the world, and was included in the Guinness Book of records.
