The final and awarding of the winners of the II citywide creative competition «Көңілдің асыл пернесі: Н.Ә. Назарбаевтың ән шығармашылығы / Innermost soul strings: song creation of N.A. Nazarbayev», dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the Palace of pupils named after Makhambet Utemisov on November 25, 2016.

Organizers of competition – the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Education Department of Astana, city union of education workers «Adilet», the Palace of pupils named after Makhambet Utemisov.
Pedagogical potential of song heritage can not be overstated as one of the self-identification of the individual factors. The special project developed by the Museum of the First President, was realized jointly with the creative team of the Palace of pupils named after Makhambet Utemisov. The «Innermost soul strings: song creation of N.A. Nazarbayev» – is form of cultural and educational activities of the Museum, aimed at the preservation of national traditions and personality enrichment by moral categories which are underlying on the patriotic idea «Mangilik El». The main objectives of the competition is: actualization of song creation as one of phenomenal means of formation of the personality, identify and support talented young artists in different genres of of musical art.

The basis of the project are study and promotion of song creation of N.A. Nazarbayev, and also the subject of favorite songs of the Head of State. An the song creative revealing the unique facets of the personality of the Head of State as a person and citizen. The favorite songs of the Head of State, his original songs, are embodiment to the spiritual aspirations of the person, reflect a reverent attitude to the motherland, the people, the country's history and traditions.
Citywide Competition is gaining popularity among Astana residents. Competition started on October 1, 2016. 164 applications from 79 educational institutions were received to the competition commission. Students of capital colleges are participating for the first time. Also a separate category of participants allocated for the first time – music and singing teachers of education institutions, representing their competitive performances in the same categories.
The competition was held in four age categories from 10 to 12 years, from 13 to 16 years, from 17 to 20 years and from 20 years and older in three nominations:
– «Бабамнан калған кең дала» (singing songs to the words of N.A. Nazarbayev);
– «On the wave of the favorite songs of our President» (singing of favorite songs of Head of State);
– «Origanal composition on a patriotic theme» (singing songs of own composition).

After the qualifying round in final of the competition took place 33 nominees (last year - 18).
By decision of the competent jury, none of finalist was not left without attention. The organizers have prepared books of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in memory of the festival. Each was awarded a special diploma «For active participation».
The nomination «Ең үздік ән» was awarded student of Professional and Technical College of Astana Eltaev Elaman. He performed the song «Көк тудың желбірегені». The nomination «Жоғары орындау шеберлігі» was awarded pupil of secondary school No. 37 Maratov Aibat. He performed the song «Айнакөл».

«Singing songs, words by N. A. Nazarbayev» were awarded:
– Diploma of the 1st class – Taktanov Bekzat (school-lyceum No. 64) with song «Город мой»;
– Diploma of the 2nd class – Kazhykenov Azamat (gymnasium No. 67) with song «Жерім менің»;
– 3rd place – Kanat Zhandauletov (College of management) with song «Сарыарқа»;
in the nomination «Біздің Президенттің сүйікті әндері ырғағымен» /
«On the wave of the favorite songs of the President» were awarded:
from 10 to 12 years age categories:
– Diploma of the 1st class – Taktanov Bekzat (secondary school No. 23) with song «Бүлдірген»;
– Diploma of the 2nd class – Inerbaeva Azel (school-lyceum No. 66) with song «Атамекен»;
– Diploma of the 3rd class – Tokenov Ilyas (school-lyceum No. 72) with song «Беу айдай»;
– Diploma of the 3rd class – Yerzhanova Saltanat (secondary school No. 12) with song «Жұлдызым»;
from 13 to 16 years age categories:
– Diploma of the 2nd class – Sknarina Polina (school-gymnasium No. 22) with song «Анаға сәлем»;
– Diploma of the 3rd class – Maccabi Fariza (secondary school No. 24) with song «Көзімнің қарасы»;
in the nomination «Патриоттық тақырыптағы авторлық шығарма» /
«Author essay of the patriotic theme» were awarded:
from 10 to 12 years age categories:
– Diploma of the 1st class – Saduakasova Aynur (secondary school No. 44) with song «Дархан Қазақстан»;
– Diploma of the 2nd class – Gazizov Rustem (school-gymnasium No. 70) with song «Бейбіт өмір болсын әлемде»;
from 17 to 20 years age categories:
– Diploma of the 3rd class – trio of Humanitarian College with song «Город нашей мечты»;
Grand Prix
was awarded trio of Professional and Technical College, they performed the song «Астана махаббатым менің».
The places among the teachers were follows:
– Diploma of the 1st class – teachers trio of gymnasium No. 67 with song «Шилі өзен»;
– Diploma of the 2nd class – Yskak Soldathan (school- gymnasium No. 30) with song «Жерім менің»;
– Diploma of the 3rd class – Ahazhanova Zhansaya (secondary school No. 37) with song «Жұлдызым»;
Grand Prix
among music and singing teachers was awarded Erehanova Clara Zhumahanovna (school-lyceum No. 72) the song«Сәулем-ай».
«The best songwriters on the patriotic theme» were noted by the jury:
– K. Edresov with the song «Бейбіт өмір болсын әлемде» (school-gymnasium No. 70);
– Z. Orazbekova and T. Razina with the song «Город нашей мечты» (Humanitarian College).
The top prizes from the organizers were awarded winners – «Golden Microphone» and certificates for the amount of 30 000 tenge to 10 000 tenge.
