Special projects department

The Department is responsible for organization and holding the social significant, scientific and educational events aimed at clarifying and promoting strategic documents, state programs, statutory goals of the Library, as well as education of the younger generation in the spirit of Kazakhstan’s patriotism, identity and unity, the formation of civil society. An important direction of the Department activity is popularization of the legacy and works of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy N. Nazarbayev with the involvement of Elbasy’s associates, public opinion leaders, veteran organizations, etc.

The Sector is engaged in scientific researches on the role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy for formation and development of the independent statehood based on the study of the Elbasy Library stock collection: Personal library, Personal archive and museum fund, exploration work. The Sector interacts with institutions of science and education, state and public.
