The international cooperation department of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbassy defines and develops priority areas for the development of international cooperation, organizes scientific events to promote ideas and initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy in our country and abroad. The international cooperation department of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy cooperates with state bodies, Kazakh and foreign research centers, scientific institutes and cultural centers, organizes expert comments, interviews, speeches and publications on topical issues of political, economic and social development in the context of political initiatives of Elbassy in the mass media (including social networks).
