Library work department

The department is responsible for operation of the personal library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy. It works on creating a modern information infrastructure that provides the fastest and most effective access to Kazakhstan and world information resources, as well as on preserving and providing access to the national cultural heritage associated with the theory, history and practice of the Kazakh state.
