The collection includes the works of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev. The books are presented in Kazakh, Russian, English and other languages, in chronological order.

The collection includes books dedicated to the life and work of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, his historical role in the formation of state independence.

Signed book: gift, memory, history
Among the book collections of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, a special place is given to books, albums and other publications with autographs from heads of state and government, famous state, political, public figures of the Republic of Kazakhstan and countries of the world, artists, scientists, culture, business and sports. The signed collection is created primarily due to the growing interest of researchers and a wide range of readers, as well as to preserve the originals of publications.

Rare Fund
The collection includes rare, collectible and old printed editions: an album with sketches by Leonardo da Vinci, given to N. Nazarbayev by the Ambrosian Library in Milan, a Koran which was in space, handed over to Elbasy by Kazakh astronaut T. Musabayev, a collection of editions of Sacred Korans, an Encyclopedic Lexicon of 1838 and others. The oldest book is "Sharia Norms - a manuscript based on ayats and surahs", dating from 1667.
