February 15-16 and March 1-2 this year for students of schools in Astana, Akmola and Almaty regions, as well as the Abay region, seminar-trainings "New Kazakhstan: a just society" were held online.

Since the beginning of February, the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been holding two-day training seminars for students and high school students from all regions of the country according to the updated curriculum.

A meeting of the primary party organization "Tungysh" of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held with the candidates for deputies of Mazhilis of the Parliament of RK and Maslikhat of Astana.

Boyhood home now open for tours

Tours of President Eisenhower's boyhood home are once again available to the public starting February 14, 2023. Extensive preservation work including exterior lead paint abatement and maintenance updates closed the home for several months. The project is now complete and guests are welcome to once again step back in time and see the home where our nation's 34th President grew up.

The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a visiting museum lesson in the capital's kindergarten No. 54 "Nur-ai".

The lesson was held as part of the Library’s scientific and educational project “Museum and Children (ABC Guide for the Littlest)” and is aimed at familiarizing children with cultural and historical values, fostering a sense of patriotism and spirituality through the perception of the world of the museum.

The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted the opening of an exhibition of diploma works of students from Ekibastuz Children's Art School - UNESCO Club. 

The exhibition «Warm colors of Ekibastuz» is held within the framework of the «Tugan olkem» republican program to support children's creativity. The purpose of the program is to identify young talents and popularize the work of additional education organizations in the republic.

The public discourse titled "New Kazakhstan: Unity in Diversity " was held in the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The aim of the event is the formation of a new historical outlook and demonstration of prospects of development of the Kazakh model of public consent on the basis of democracy, justice and humanism.

The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a meeting of students of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov, Esil University and the College of Management and Business with the director of the branch of the International Mental and Educational Center (IMEI) in Astana, рrofessor So Zin Uk.

In Special School No. 2 of Astana city akimat opened a visiting tactile exhibition "Inclusive Museum. Step forwards" of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Today, great attention is paid to citizens with special needs, and measures are being implemented to create an accessible and barrier-free environment in all spheres of life. 

The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted the second qualifying game of the tournament “What? Where? When?" season 2023.

Teams of students of grades 10-11 were represented by school-lyceum No. 88, school-gymnasium No. 7 named after Gali Ormanov and school-lyceum No. 59 in Astana.

The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted another lecture from a cycle of theoretical and practical classes on the topic: “Use of documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. The event was attended by students of the Eurasian National University named after L.N.Gumilyov.
