November 16 this year in the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy, the grand opening of exhibition of the members of Youth Association of the Union of Artists of Nur-Sultan "Time of changes" took place.
Visitors of exhibition got acquainted with a wide range of trends characteristic of modern art and decorative-applied art of Kazakhstan as interpreted by members of the Youth Association of the Union of Artists of Nur-Sultan.
Congratulating those present on the beginning of the exhibition, the head of the Service for the Registration and Storage of Museum Values of the Elbasy Library Kulyaysha Aktayeva noted that the cooperation of the Elbasy Library with the Union of Artists of Nur-Sultan opens a new page and focuses on the creative experiments of the younger generation.
“The first President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev, has always emphasized the importance of youth for the prosperity of our country. The works presented at the opening day reflect a fresh look at the events and reality of the young generation of artists taking their first steps into the world of great art. An innovative approach to creative search can be traced in the works, but at the same time the continuity of the best artistic traditions, adopted from the older generation of fine art masters, is preserved”,- said K. Aktayeva.
Umirali Ismailov, Chairman of the Public Association “Union of Artists of Nur-Sultan”, thanked the staff of the Elbasy Library for invaluable assistance in organizing the exhibition of young authors.
“Today is a joyful event for our young artists and they are really lucky that their paintings are exhibited for the first time in the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy. We wish them to continue to actively participate in this activity and reach unprecedented heights in their work”,- he said in his welcoming speech.
“As a person who has worked for many years in the field of culture, I am grateful for our joint cooperation. Thanks to this, 20 artists of the Youth Association of the Union of Artists had the opportunity to exhibit their works in one of the most beautiful places in the capital, in this kind of cultural temple. Within the framework of the exhibition, we were able to create a collaboration with the director of the Kazakh Regional Drama Theater of Western Kazakhstan Gaukhar Adai and show various installations and performance. We very much hope that the visitors of the exhibition will be able to enrich their inner world”,-said Guldana Zhurkabayeva, Chairman of the Nur-Sultan Youth Association.
As the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev notes in one of his speeches: “The spirit of a nation with a developed culture will always be at its best.
Today, at the site of the Elbasy Library, for the first time, 40 works are presented, diverse in genres and creative interests of authors, representing a new generation that has absorbed the air of independence and freedom of creativity.
Absamatov Toktamys, Aytuarova Lyudmila, Bakytzhan Manshuk, Kaben Nursultan, Kikymova Nurshuga, Murashbekov Abylai, Minaydarova Aidana, Musrepov Syrym, Mukhaeva Meruert, Japar Zhanibek, Sansenbaeva Akmaral, Sidalieva Marina, Suleimenova Zhanna, Tasmaganbetova Aruay, Tyulkieva Akmor, Shaikenova Aisulu, Rakhmetullaeva Ilan, Mangulova Gaukhar specially prepared works in the genres of painting, sculpture, graphics, arts and crafts for this project.
The modern interpretation of rhythm and color, the organization of the emotional space of each work, the aesthetic boundaries of the author's interaction with the viewer require attention, interest - everything that any artist needs, which is the goal of any artistic project.
The exhibition will run until December 10, 2021 at the address Nur-Sultan, Beibitshilik st., 11.
