UNFORGETTABLE MEETING IN THE LIBRARY OF ELBASSY

On 14-15 November, 2018, students of Atyrau oil and gas University and Karaganda state technical University completed the training program on two-day seminar "Ruhani Zhangyru: the way to the future". Students shared their impressions after completing the courses.

Ilyas Smailov, a student of theKarSTU:

– We have been able to obtain not only new knowledge but also new skills in the program "Ruhani Zhangyru", which is now being implemented in our state. All this knowledge we will try to convey to the students of our University. I am a member of the student organization "Zhas Orda", we hold many different events: balls, meetings, seminars, trainings, etc. Therefore, all the knowledge gained at the seminars is of great practical importance to us. Of course, it should be noted that we had the opportunity to meet with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. We have never expected! The meeting was unplanned and very emotional. He talked to us, told us about the years of study at our University, wished us good luck and success. I am proud that I study in the same University in which our Elbassy studied. Next year we will definitely try to get to the seminars in the Library of Elbassy.

Elmira Zhumabayeva, student of Atyrau University of oil and gas:

– Seminars and trainings were held at a very high level. I want to thank the lecturers for such wonderful trainings. We received a powerful positive message. I hope that in the future I will be able to put all this knowledge into practice for the benefit of my country. Excursions and cultural program in general are well organized. We met with students from other cities and universities. Everything was great!

Summing up two days of the training, the Deputy Director of the Library of the President Botagoz Kaipova noted that the current group of students were lucky to study in the walls of the first residence of the President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, which is now the Museum of the Library of the Nation and feel a sense of immersiveness to those fateful decisions that were made here. A meeting and conversation with the Head of State in the building of the Nazarbayev Сenter – a unique event, which is likely to remain forever in the memory of students.

Botagoz Kaipova congratulated the audience on the completion of the training course "Ruhani Zhangyru: the way to the future" and held a certificate presentation ceremony. Along with certificates the students received commemorative photos and gifts from the Elbassy Library.
