«ULY DALA TARLANDARY». DINARA SHUKIZHANOVA

Another hero of the Information Project of the Library of Elbassy "Uly dala tarlandary" is Dinara Shukizhanova – the winner of the Republican contest "100 new personalities of Kazakhstan". Dinara Shukizhanova started her career in the youth movement of Kostanay region, in a short time she managed to rise to a top manager at one of the country's largest enterprises for the production of agricultural machinery.  

Dinara came to the plant at the age of 24, worked as a press secretary, and later headed the human resource management division there. Moreover, thanks to intensive purposeful work, the team of D. Shukizhanova created a corporate University on the basis of the enterprise. More than 4 thousand school students, students and employees of the plant have already been trained there. The University teaches such relevant professions as a contact welder, car painter, engineering design and graphics.

In 2016, Dinara was appointed managing director for development and then first Vice President of the agricultural machinery company. The list of her labor achievements includes work on the organization of a joint venture for the production of tractors, which allowed the creation of about 120 new jobs.
