Within the framework of the special information project "Uly dala tarlandary", materials about the winners of the national project "100 new personalities of Kazakhstan" are published on the website of the Library of Elbasy.

During the offline training seminars, they were also indispensable guests of meetings with students and schoolchildren, sharing their success stories and motivating young people. Also, in the hall "The Way of the Strategist" of the new building of the Library Museum, which is a kind of message for future generations, among other expositions, information about the heroes of "100 new personalities of Kazakhstan" is featured.
The new issue of the series of publications "Uly dala tarlandary" is dedicated to Assel Ayapova – the winner of this republican project in 2019 in the category "Business". She is the director of the Global Innovation Program on the use of drones in energy at the American Corporation AES, a member of the Expert Council of the International Coalition on Drones and Robots in Energy and the American Association "Women and Drones".

After graduating from Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov, Assel worked as a chief manager of investment projects in JSC "Investment Fund of Kazakhstan", JSC "Samruk-Kazyna", Director of the Project Financing Department of JSC "Astana-Nedvizhimost".

She started her career at AES as a Director of Capital Project Management at AES-Kazakhstan. Outstanding work results allowed her to transfer to the headquarters of the AES Corporation (Arlington, Virginia, USA). Now she works in the management of the energy company AES. Assel manages the Global Innovation Program in 14 countries around the world, which involves more than 600 employees. Its main task is the implementation of robotics in more than 100 different businesses.

Under her leadership, the program has received recognition in the US energy industry and in the global drone industry, won 2nd place in the international competition AUVSI Award 2018 for the use of drones in the industry and 3rd place in the AUVSI Award 2019, became a finalist in the international competition S&P Platts Global Energy Award 2018 in the category "Commercial Technology of the Year".
         A. Ayapova is included in the rating of the 100 best project managers in the world.  She builds a career and shares knowledge, experience, and pays great attention to mentoring. In 2019, Assel organized its own mentoring program for talented Kazakhstan youth.
         "I am very proud of my social and charitable project. I dedicate as much as 135-150 hours to my students, passing on my experience and knowledge for free. This is my contribution to the development of my country", says Assel.
She is also a benefactor of the IQanat Educational Foundation, which aims to identify talented young people from rural areas and prepare them for admission to prestigious universities.
         In her homeland, Assel was included in the encyclopedia "Atyrau Arulary" (2016) and the book "100 asqar şyƞdarga tu tıkken auyl äielderı" (2020).
         In December 2020, Assel completed her studies at the prestigious Duke University, receiving an Executive MBA degree from the Duke Fuqua Business School.
         Assel is successful not only in her career, but also as a wife and mother. Together with her husband, they raise three children.
         As a true patriot of her country, A. Ayapova connects her long-term plans with Kazakhstan. Having gained international experience, she intends to return to her homeland and engage in large-scale infrastructure programs to improve the competitiveness of Kazakhstan's economy.
