THEMATIC QUEST-TOUR FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN OF NUR-SULTAN CONTINUE

On October 26, 2021, students of 6-7 grades of schools-lyceum №54 and schools-gymnasium №86 took part in the quest-tour "Achievements of Independence", which took place in the museum of the Library of the President on the right shore.

The main purpose of the tour is the formation and upbringing of young Kazakhs in the spirit of patriotism and citizenship, understanding and comprehension of the value of our country’s independence and its achievements.

The word "quest" ("quest") has an English origin and is translated as "search, the subject of the search, the search for adventure." During the quest tour organized by the Library of Elbasy as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Kazakhstan, schoolchildren not only get acquainted with the exhibits and historical facts but also study these objects in a team, complete logic tasks, build routes and look for encrypted answers.

Thus, an excursion with elements of game and competition evokes not only a lot of positive emotions and joyful memories but also contributes to the expansion of horizons and the formation of new interests, the development of communication of participants, and team building.

Tomorrow, on October 27, 2021, the Library of Elbasy will hold a similar quest tour for the students of the schools-gymnasium №51.

The teams of schoolchildren with the most points will be invited to participate in the final round of the quest in the new building of the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy. The results of the quest- tour cycles will be announced on the eve of the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The best and most active participants, as well as teachers, will be awarded certificates and prizes.
