The First President of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev in his article "Looking into the future: modernization of public consciousness" outlined the main priorities in promoting Kazakhstan in the international area. The national project "100 new faces of Kazakhstan" was one of the bright and successful initiatives of Elbasy in this direction. The purpose of the project is to popularize the work and achievements of talented and hardworking people in Kazakhstan. This year, the fourth season of the project took its place, which is dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the country's independence.

About three thousand people applied for participation in the competition in Kazakhstan and thirty people won. The teacher Roza Kerimbekova was especially noted in the "Education" nomination.
Rosa Kerimbekova was born in the Turkestan region in 1968. She grew up in a big family. From birth, doctors gave her an unpromising diagnosis, but this never stopped the parents from putting their hearts into the child. They tried to teach their girl love of life, self-improvement, and self-realization. R. Kerimbekova chose the profession of a teacher following the example of her parents who devoted their lives to education.

“Every stage of my life: school, university, work, every new area is a big struggle for me ... I don’t like to see sympathy or compassion in people's eyes. All my life I strive to prove that I am a person by showing off my work. Today I am in demand as a teacher due to those efforts” - says Roza Kerimbekova.
Currently, R. Kerimbekova works as a primary school teacher in a specialized gymnasium in Shymkent. She teaches in three languages and heads the "Methodological Association of Primary School" from 2004 to 2010. Roza Kerimbekova generously shares her knowledge with colleagues and children as an experienced mentor.
R. Kerimbekova quoted Mukhtar Auezov, the outstanding writer and teacher: “To be truly humane, you need to be able to think correctly. You need to know a lot, and always learn. Teaching children should be versatile, they should be educated in everything that is good for them and in a convincing manner." She said: “When I hear the sacred word “Teacher”, I feel responsible for each student sitting in front of me. The teacher is the smartest and the most educated person for a student. Anyone can become a teacher, but to be a real teacher, you need a lot of work and patience”.
The victories and achievements of the students reflect the teacher's success. Today her students are the winners of the city competitions of scientific projects "Altyn urpak", "Altyn kyran", "Zerde", mathematical Olympiads "Samruk", International intellectual Olympiads "PONI" and many others. Roza Kerimbekova has repeatedly received letters of appreciation, including from the Daryn Center for preparing students for research, from the Regional Education Department for training the winners of the National competition of scientific project "Zerde". In addition, she was awarded the 1st-degree diploma "The best author of the year 2021", the Certificate of Merit from the "International Center for the Support of Science and Education". International, national, regional and city publications often publish her articles.
The project "100 new faces of Kazakhstan" gives a strong impulse to further intensive work in the field of education according to the teacher.
“This year is special for me. It is a great honor to become the winner of the project "100 new faces of Kazakhstan" initiated by Elbasy. The victory showed that I am competitive and this inspires me to work on new initiatives and advancements in the profession. I am not going to "rest on my laurels." I set new goals and always look for new ideas to improve education in Kazakhstan,” - shared R. Kerimbekova.
The informative project of the Library of Elbasy "Tarlands of the great steppe" is dedicated to the idea of success, competitiveness, and knowledge on the example of the national competition’s finalists "100 new faces of Kazakhstan". In 2017, the First President of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev initiated a large-scale exposition about the winners of the project that is located in the new Museum of the Library of Elbasy.
