On November 13, 2017 at the Kazakh national pedagogical university named after Abay (Almaty) the employees of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy conducted the seminar-training «Kazakhstan way: Mangilik El».
The event continues the realization of the complex exhibition project «N. Nazarbayev: epoch, personality, society», which started on November 10 in Almaty at the Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The project is timed to celebrate two significant dates – the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Independence Day.
The deputy director of the Elbassy library Amerkhan Rakhimzhanov in his welcoming speech noted: «The seminar-training is an integral part of the «Leader's phenomenon» model, created in the framework of the national idea «Mangilik El», the political and managerial experience of the Head of State, the educational project of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy. Trainings and seminars of this course develop leadership skills and critical thinking skills. In general, the project is aimed to increasing patriotic feelings among Kazakhstan youth and the formation of civil responsibility. As experience shows, the seminar-training has become an important mechanism for strengthening and developing Kazakhstan identity of youth». The speaker also told about the goals, objectives and activities of the Elbassy library, the implementation of the unique and large-scale project «N. Nazarbayev: epoch, personality, society» and presented scientific-educational and cultural-educational events planned in the near future in Almaty.
Rector of the University professor Takir Balykbayev thanked the staff and lecturers of the Library for the training seminar and noted that the students had a unique opportunity to acquainted with the «primary sources». That is, listen the authors of the lectures which presents to the participants the results of their research on such a global and topical topic, as the «Kazakhstan way: Mangilik El».
The lectures on the themes «History and heritage on the way of Mangilik El», «Independence and national security», «Industrialization and the society of universal labor», «Nationwide unity, common history and higher spirituality» conducted doctor of philosophy, professor Gaziz Telebaev and candidate of historical sciences, docent Sagyntai Berdagulova and trainings on the theme «Three components of the conceptual model» «The World of Elbassy»: «Personality», «Politician», «Creator» (Political Philosophy of the Head of State)» conducted сandidate of зedagogical ыciences, docent Kunsulu Isinova and Kunzia Umbetova. Their lectures and trainings aroused great interest of students.
The book exhibition of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy with publications about the Head of State were at the KazNPU named after Abay.
