The Library of the President continues the course "Kazakhstan way: Mangilik El". Listeners of the educational program developed by the Library of the Elbassy and focused on the study of conceptual ideas and global initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Elbassy N. Nazarbayev, attended lectures by the leading researchers of the Library of the Elbassy, took part in training sessions and practical exercises.
On October 5, the final day of the seminar-training, participants conducted a meeting with Zhaksylyk Sabitov – the leading expert of the Institute of World Economics and politics, PhD.
Zhaksylyk Sabitov is the author of over 300 scientific articles on the history of Kazakhstan and the ethno genesis of the Turkic peoples and 3 scientific monographs. The scientist told about the latest discoveries of the historians and the science of genetics.
What we now read in the history textbooks of Kazakhstan is the shadow of science 30 years ago. As a rule, information about scientific discoveries only after 20 years gets into the textbooks. This is a very long way – said Zhaksylyk Sabitov.
The guest also told the participants about new theories and proven versions in studying the history of Kazakhstan, about the origin of the Kazakh people and some ethnonym. Expert speech aroused great interest of students and the flow of questions to which the scientist responded in detail.
After the meeting was the presentation of certificates to the participants of the two-day seminar training. The third group of the new season of the training workshop "Kazakhstan's way: Mangilik El" consisted of students of three Universities. There are the Kazakh University of international relations and world languages named after Abylai Khan (Almaty), Kostanay state University named after A. Baitursynov and Pavlodar state University named after S. Toraigyrov, as well as members of the Committee for emergency situations of MIA of RK.
The Deputy Director of the Library of the Elbassy Botagoz Kaipova held the solemn ceremony of awarding certificate and noted the high level of knowledge and activity of students.
Head of the Department of international relations, doctor of political Sciences, Professor of Abylai Khan KazUIR and WL Zhansaya Zhabina thanked the leadership of the Library of the Elbassy for organizing the seminar training:
– For future experts in international Affairs such events are very useful. At this workshop, the students received not only theoretical knowledge but also great practical skills. They got acquainted with technologies and methods that allowed to reveal leadership qualities. I think this is a very important component of this course. Students revealed, were inspired. It was a very good motivation for their further activities. To get this experience – it's worth it.
Listeners from among students also thanked the organizers of the seminar and told about their experiences. Zhanara Kantarbuy, 4th year student of Abylai Khan KazUIR and WL:
– I am grateful to our President Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev, the leadership of the Library of the Elbassy and professors of the seminar training for they are not indifferent. Because they are concerned about the fate of Kazakhstan youth and level of education. This course is another brick to build a bright future of our country, the transformation of the modern world with forces and minds of young people. For me personally it will be a platform for my professional and social activities. In future, I want to develop the idea of "Mangilik El", idea of the eternal country with multiethnic population in unity and friendship. I dream to become the UN General Secretary and to promote this idea on a global level.
