The new issue of the information project of the Library of Elbassy "Uly dala tarlandary", implemented in support of the republican project "100 new personalities of Kazakhstan", is dedicated to a successful entrepreneur and mother of many children Shynar Bolsambekova.
The idea of the project "100 new personalities of Kazakhstan" was expressed by the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in the article "Course towards the future: modernization of Kazakhstan’s identity" and became part of the large-scale program "Ruhani Zhangyru".
Shynar Bolsambekova is a native of the city Tselinograd, now Nur-Sultan. Since childhood, she has always been active, participated in all activities of kindergarten and school. Thanks to her active life position and organizational skills, she became the president of the school. She graduated from ENU named after L. N. Gumilyov with a degree in economics and translation. From 2005 to 2014, she worked for JSC KazMunayGas in the Budget Planning Department.
In 2007, she got married and was on maternity leave after a while. In 2009, after giving birth to her second child, she realized that she wanted to do her own business. She had the idea of renting a cafeteria at the college, and her husband supported Shynar.
"My first days at work were a shock. I cooked, cleaned, and stood at the checkout. Every Saturday at six in the morning, leaving my two-year-old daughter Aruzhan and nine-month-old Nurzhan with their grandmother, my husband and I went to the market. I was very responsible for work, because feeding children correctly is very important", Shynar recalls.
In the field of entrepreneurship, Shynar has achieved great success, being able to scale and develop her business in other cities. Currently, the company, which employs more than 200 people, serves organizations in Almaty, Nur-Sultan, Shymkent and Kyzylorda. Sh. Bolsambekova is a socially responsible entrepreneur, so she is engaged in charity, and employs people with the 3-disability category in her LLP.
"Thanks to the support of my husband and our common ideas and thoughts, we started creating this project. We started with a small organization that fed at colleges, then it grew, and every year we increased the number of our catering facilities. We considered and thought out how to build it correctly. It is important to properly organize the work of the staff and control it while working and finding time for yourself, your children and family", said Shynar.
Together with the company, the family of Shynar also grew. Now she is a model mother of five children, as well as a producer and editor of projects initiated by her eldest daughter Aruzhan Hafiz. Thanks to the support and idea of Shynar Bolsambekova, the Internet project "One on one with Aruzhan Hafiz" was born in 2017 on the YouTube channel, where her then nine-year-old daughter as a TV presenter interviewed famous Kazakhstani artists, media personalities, athletes, scientists. After the popularity of the program, the mother-producer and young author of the media project were invited to the "Junior Eurovision" in 2018, where the journalist Aruzhan acted as the first ambassador of the project from Kazakhstan. Aruzhan was a Junior Eurovision ambassador for two years in a row. In 2018, she went with Daneliya Tuleshova, and in 2019 - with Yerzhan Maxim. She starred in the second part of the family film "OffLine Vacations".
Her son Nurzhan (9 years old) – a winner of city and republican Olympiads in mathematics and natural science, young diplomat Rasul (5 years old), daughters Khadia (3 years old) and Laysan (4 months old) also make Shynar happy with their successes.
"Children are my meaning of life! I don't want to let them down, so I always try to do the right thing. After all, children copy you, and they are your reflection", says Shynar.
