THE SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL OF THE LIBRARY OF THE FIRST PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN – ELBASSY BEGAN ITS WORK

Today was the first meeting of the Scientific Council of the Library of the First President under the chair of the Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Council, Deputy Director Amerkhan Rakhimzhanov.

- The creation of the Academic Council in the Library of Elbassy was required to coordinate the scientific activities. Have a very difficult, important and responsible work. I hope that scientific research and studies of our colleagues are thorough and efficient and will be widely distributed among local and foreign public, - said Amerkhan Rakhimzhanov, opening the meeting.

Among the organizational issues identified on the agenda primarily is an adoption of the main document of the collegial body – the Provision on the Scientific Council.

The Provision of the Scientific Council of the Library of the First President – Elbassy consists of six sections. According to the Regulation, the main tasks and functions of this collegial body are improvement of library work in all areas of scientific research, scientific-educational, scientific-methodical, expert and analytical activities of institutions. As well as integrated development of scientific research focused on the study and comprehension of the theoretical issues, the experience of political practice, phenomenon of leadership of the founder of the Kazakhstan statehood N. Nazarbayev. Several departments of the Library work in this direction, - said the Deputy Director of the Library of the First President – Elbassy Botagoz Kaipova.

During the meeting, composition of the Scientific Council and its work plan for 2017 were unanimously approved in accordance with the set goals and objectives. This year will be published a collection of scientific research and development, including the bibliographic Recommender index "Nursultan Nazarbayev is the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy", reference collection "Public award of N. Nazarbayev in science and education", the album "Kazakhstan: birlik pen tatulyk mekeni", collections of scientific works "the Day of gratitude is a symbol of unity of Kazakhstan people” and “Institution of presidency as a factor of formation of the statehood in the Republic of Kazakhstan". It should be note that to date, all research projects in the field of educational and research activities are combined under the scientific program "the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation N. Nazarbayev: strategy of governance and the phenomenon of leadership."

Secretary of the Scientific Council, senior expert of publishing and public relations Service Gullden Karagisova noted the need for a systemic approach in research and rising it to a completely new level.

In the first meeting of the Scientific Council, members have made constructive opinions and considered all the issues on the agenda.
