On the 5th of December, 2012 within the limits of realization of scientific programme «The First President and further development of independent Kazakhstan» round table «Leader of Nation and Independence», devoted to the Day of the First President took place in the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The organizers of action – are the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Leader of Nation.
The representatives of Administration of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Academy of state management, scientists, researchers, and teachers of schools took part in the work of “round table”.
The participants of “round table” discussed the actual questions of history of the making and development of independent state, historical role of the First President - Leader of Nation in the construction of Kazakhstan statehood, development of independent Kazakhstan, consolidation of institution of presidency and democratization of society, contribution to the process of consolidation of people, strengthening of peace and accord and also definition of right foreign policy of state. «Symbolically, that this “round table” took place in days, when our country celebrated new state holiday – Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Simultaneously with election of the President our country got its name – the Republic of Kazakhstan and declared its independence. Therefore our independence, institution of presidency and name of the First President are connected in the consciousness of Kazakhstan people. Today we gather for discussion of dialectic interrelation between products of independence, landmarks of our country and the role of Leader of nation in these processes», - pointed assistant of the chief of Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, candidate of political sciences. The doctor of political sciences, Professor A.H. Bizhanov told in his speech about the role of institution of presidency in formation and development of parliamentary in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The councilor of rector of Academy of state management, doctor of political sciences, academician, professor, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary T.S. Suleimenov in his speech stopped at leader qualities of N.A. Nazarbayev, which were revealed in formation of independent Kazakhstan, helped to make progress in international arena, create worthy conditions of life for all people of Kazakhstan: «He valued the confidence of people, who elected him as the First President. He works constantly for justifying this confidence. He is very active manager, replying for his promises, hard-working, brave».
«Making and development of legal system of country was realized gradually on the base of conceptions of legal policy, confirmed by Head of state N.A. Nazarbayev», – emphasized honored representative of Kazakhstan, candidate of legal sciences, Professor N.I. Akuyev.
The member of Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of legal sciences, professor M.A. Sarsembayev pointed that the Republic of Kazakhstan from the first days of independence had begun to position it as active actor of international relations.
The participants of “round table” were unanimous that N.A. Nazarbayev as a person, with his name are connected the achievements of independent Kazakhstan – outstanding politician of world standard, all his activity is striking example of service to his people, his Motherland.
