Pupils from secondary school №23 of Nur-Sultan took part in the online lecture of the Library of Elbassy "Naqyl sózder jáne olardyń tulǵany qalyptastyrýdaǵy mańyzy".
In the course of the lecture, the students learned that proverbs, sayings and winged words are based on the life experience, wisdom and philosophy of the people. Phraseology is associated with sayings, proverbs, catchphrases, literary quotes and sayings. Phraseological phrases enrich speech, make it bright, colorful, and expressive. The strength of their impact is that they reflect the centuries-old experience of the people, open edification, the accuracy of expressions.
Lecturer, expert of the publishing and editorial department of the Library of Elbassy Rauza Kabdollaeva told the audience about the history of the origin of many well-known aphorisms, words of edification, etc., about their role in the development of personality and the formation of universal values. She noted that one of the unique qualities of a person is eloquence, that oratory is impossible without knowledge, observation, reading books, the ability to think and reason.
R. Kabdollaeva told about the book collections housed in the collections of the Library of Elbassy, focusing in more detail on the books of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev "Oı bólіstіm halqymmen", "Týǵan elіm – tіregіm", "Ózekjardy oılar". These publications fully demonstrate the oratory of Nursultan Nazarbayev, which has long been appreciated by experts in literature. Many of his sayings are well-known among the people and are also widely used in social and political practice.
Students also got acquainted with an important historical document from the archives of the Library of Elbassy - the text of the National anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the words of which were amended and supplemented personally by N. Nazarbayev.
At the end of the lesson, the lecturer conducted a quiz on the knowledge of catchphrases and aphorisms.
