QUEST EXCURSION FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN

Today in the Museum of Elbasy Library for 9th grade pupils of the educational complex "SEED" a quest excursion "The path leading to Elbasy" was organized.

The purpose of the event is to deepen and expand the knowledge of the younger generation about the biography and work activities of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 “The quest was attended by two teams of 10 people. In a playful way, they went through 7 points, answering questions regarding the life and work path of N.A. Nazarbayev. In the final, the participants had to compose a statement of Elbasy from separate words. The team that completed the task first became the winner”,- explained Zhanara Isperdinova, senior expert of the Excursion Service.

The schoolchildren liked the new format of the excursion. The quest helps to identify the leadership qualities of the participants, develops the skills to independently analyze information on a given topic, and most importantly, work in a team.

“Quest is the most optimal and interesting form of presenting material for teenagers. Thanks to this format, pupils are given the opportunity to find answers to questions themselves, which helps to better assimilate and remember the material. We will be glad if the Elbasy Library continues to carry out such cognitive and intellectual events in the future”,- said class teacher Abzal Japarova.
