Nikita Amoskin is a two-time world champion in sports acrobatics, the winner of the project "100 new faces of Kazakhstan" 2018 in the nomination "Sport".
To this date, Nikita has about 70 medals of various national and international competitions.
More than eight years Nikita has been performing with his partner Anastasia Dolganiuk. In 2015 they took the first place in the individual competition at the Asian championship, in 2016 they became bronze medalists of the World Championship in China and gold medalists of the World Cup in Poland, in 2016 Nikita deservedly received the status of a master of sports of international class. However, the main achievement of the young athlete is the gold of the World Youth Championships in sports acrobatics in the mixed pairs category, which was held in April 2018 in Belgian Antwerp.
Nikita was born in 1999 in the Karaganda region and lives in the village of Novodolinskiy. Currently, he is a student of the faculty of "Physical culture and sports" of Karaganda State University named after E. Buketov and daily comes to Karaganda for study and training. He is the holder of the rector's nominal grant.
The Amoskins family is a sports family, parents and brother are involved in amateur sports. His grandfather - master of sports of the USSR in Greco-Roman wrestling Petr Grigorievich Aschepkov - brought his 9-year-old grandson to the Greco-Roman wrestling section, and later Nikita got acquainted with acrobatics. For some time, the young athlete was engaged in two sports simultaneously. It was difficult, so Nikita had to make a choice.
Today, the young athlete trains daily for three or four hours after classes at the University.
A young athlete dreams of becoming an Olympic champion. But for this purpose, it is necessary that sports acrobatics became an Olympic sport.
In the future, Nikita Amoskin sees himself as a coach in sports acrobatics.
He is the only representative of the Karaganda region, included in the number of winners of the second stage of the national project "100 new faces of Kazakhstan". More than 14 thousand Internet users voted for Nikita Amoskin. The athlete is convinced that this imposes a special responsibility on him to the youth: "Participating in the project, I was able to tell the story of my life to the people of Kazakhstan. I hope that they have a desire to play sports or just strive for the intended goal. I want people to believe in themselves. Everyone can achieve serious results by doing what they love."
Nikita took part in the event dedicated to the opening of the Year of Youth, where he was lucky enough to meet with the First President of Kazakhstan - Elbassy Nursultan Nazarbayev and shake hands with him. "This is very important and honorable for me. I will remember this meeting for a long time because it was my dream," says Nikita.
