THE PROJECT "IDEAS CHANGING THE WORLD" WALKS AROUND THE COUNTRY

A little more than a year has passed since the day when the social project "Ideas that change the world" was launched in the Library of the Leader of the Nation. The first training seminars under this project were held on October 1, 2015.

The purpose of this project is to study and popularize the conceptual ideas and global initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader of the Nation N.A. Nazarbayev, "Plan of the Nation - 100 concrete steps" for the implementation of 5 institutional reforms of the Head of State. As part of two-day trainings, meetings are held with well-known public and state figures of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the awards ceremony, guests of honor present certificates and memorable gifts to the participants. The project is distinguished by the scale of the idea and the wide coverage of various segments of the population. So, in 2015, 788 people were trained during 16 training seminars, in 2016, 2894 people were trained at 61 training seminars. 

Among the 3,682 students are high school students, students, civil servants, media representatives, teachers, students of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies, National Educational Institution named after. First President, representatives of youth organizations. During the implementation of the project, the Coordinating Council of the Center for Cultural and Educational Work and Education of Youth "Kemel El" and the expert club of the same name were created. Leaders of many youth organizations and movements, EXPO volunteers, representatives of Youth Policy Departments, youth resource centers visited this interactive expert platform this year and exchanged views.Particular attention on the eve of the international exhibition EXPO - 2017 in the process of working with youth in the Library of the Leader of the Nation is paid to support the volunteer movement. This work is carried out jointly with the Volunteer Headquarters at JSC "NC "Astana EXPO-2017".

The work of the expert club "Kemel El" with the involvement of a wide range of active youth is carried out in the areas of the Patriotic club "Koshbasshy" and the Innovation club "Kemenger". Thus, within the framework of the activities of the Kemenger Innovation Club, the Library hosted a presentation of 15 youth social projects prepared by supervisors of volunteer groups. The project "Ideas that change the world" is very popular among young people and has been continued in the regions of Kazakhstan. The members of the "Kemel El" center, after passing the seminar-training, are actively working in their places and sharing the knowledge gained in the Library with their classmates, fellow students, relatives, friends and acquaintances. So, for example, only in Pavlodar region, young students of the Library conducted more than 10 seminars "Ideas that change the world." Created pages in social networks with the name "Young leaders of KZ" ("Young leaders of KZ"). The same work is carried out in Zhambyl and Atyrau regions. Members of the Kemel El center teach their peers, organize introductory lectures about the course they have completed in their educational institutions. 

In Almaty, at KazNAU, the center "Kazakhstan Way" was created, its members - youth leaders conduct seminars and other multi-format events, actively participate in volunteer activities.The informational work of the regional partners of the project “Ideas Changing the World” is also significant. Since the beginning of the training seminar, members of the center have published more than 50 informational articles and video materials in the regional media. Implementation of the project "Ideas that change the world" will continue next year. The plans of the Library staff include visiting regional and cluster training seminars.
