PHOTO ALBUM «THIRTY. PEOPLE’S FATE – COUNTRY’S HISTORY». THE NEW ARRIVAL IN THE BOOK FUND OF THE ELBASY LIBRARY

On May 28, the Library of Elbasy has gifted a photo album with the same name, within the framework of the event “Thirty. People’s fate – country’s history” that was dedicated to the celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The photo album “Thirty. People’s fate – country’s history” contains rare and unique archival photos from the moment of gaining independence to the present. It captures footage of the most outstanding events over the last 30 years.

During the speech of Botagoz Kaipova, the Deputy Director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy quoted a statement from Elbasy speech that he gave on the opening of the Year of Youth in 2019: "The most important achievement of Kazakhstan's Independence is a new independent generation!" Botagoz Kaipova also mentioned Kassym-Zhomart Kemelevich Tokayev's statement that is in unison with the Elbasy statement: “The task of older generation is to create all conditions so that the creative, educated, intelligent, successful generation of an independent country glorifies our country all over the world.” Botagoz Kaipova noted that we are the happiest generation because we were born in an independent country.

During the meeting, there was also a pre-screening of the film “Thirty. People’s fate – country’s history”.

Tuleutai Suleimenov, a prominent statesman, the First Minister of Independent Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tolegen Mukhamedzhanov, a famous composer and public figure, Olga Shishigina, athlete, Olympic champion and World champion in 100 meters hurdles, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan attended the event.
