Today, in the new building of the Museum of Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbassy, an online forum was held with youth leaders of Kazakhstan "Jalyndy jastar – eldіń jarqyn bolashaǵy" with the participation of leaders of youth organizations of Kazakhstan and winners of the project "100 new personalities of Kazakhstan", and volunteers of the Library of Elbassy.
The purpose of the event is to promote the achievements of Kazakhstani youth over the years of Independence, as a result of creative initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy N. A. Nazarbayev, promotion of projects of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev aimed at youth development.
The event was moderated by Deputy Director of the Library of Elbassy Botagoz Kaipova, who in her welcoming speech noted: "Every nation has high hopes for the younger generation. As Elbassy said in one of his speeches: "Invest your knowledge and energy in the interests of the Motherland. If your country is rich, you will also live in prosperity. A number of generations are working for this purpose. This task will fall on your shoulders in the future. Then you will start thinking about your descendants. Therefore, it is already necessary to take care of this. If you love your country, know how to serve for its prosperity, then the country will protect you. Remember that." The future of Kazakhstan is in the hands of progressive, educated, purposeful youth, true patriots of their land."
The Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balaeva sent a video message to the Forum participants. She congratulated the youth representatives on the start of the event and wished them fruitful work.
In the course of the online forum, reports were made by Executive Director of the Congress of Youth of Kazakhstan Tokhtar Bolysov, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Youth Movement APK "Zhagyru Zholy", Chairman of the RYM "Zharasym" Timur Dzhumurbaev, Adviser for Press and Communications of the UN in Kazakhstan, winner of the project "100 New Personalities of Kazakhstan" Elnara Bainazarova and student of ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov, volunteer of the Library of Elbassy Anuar Zhumabekov.
In his speech, Anuar Zhumabekov stressed the importance of replenishing the ranks of volunteers and noted the activities of the Library of Elbassy in the development of youth policy in Kazakhstan: "The management and staff of the Library of Elbassy do a great job for young people. I am a witness to the number of projects implemented by the Library aimed at the development of students, schoolchildren and young specialists. All our ideas and initiatives are always supported here. Taking this opportunity, I invite all students of the capital's universities to join the volunteers of the Library of Elbassy. This is a great opportunity for self-realization, to contribute to the life of society." 
Chairman of the RMO "Zharasym" Timur Dzhumurbaev in his speech spoke about the state support of youth: "Youth Year has become an important event in the chronicle of Independence, for the Kazakhstan youth. During the year, five thousand rental apartments were received by young Kazakhstanis in Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent. Another three thousand young professionals received budget loans for the purchase of housing in the amount of 13.5 billion tenge. Young scientists received grant funding of 3 billion tenge, 20 thousand people were trained in the basics of business within the framework of the launched program "Jas kásіpker". These measures are evidence of the systematic support of young people in various social issues."
As part of the event, a documentary film was presented, in which youth activists from various spheres of society share their success story. The documentary presents the address of the head of state to the youth, as well as the opinions of the heads of state bodies and institutions. The film consists of the following parts: "Science and education", "Creative youth", "Young entrepreneurs", "Young specialists", "State language is a way of interethnic communication". In addition, the film tells about the existing tools for the development of the youth movement in Kazakhstan.
