- The Turkic Academy annually implements projects in the field of science, culture, education and international cooperation. In particular, they are dedicated to the contribution of Aksakal of the Turkic world - Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev to the development of relations and strengthening the unity of the Turkic peoples. For its part, the Library makes every effort to preserve, study and promote the historical legacy of the First President of Kazakhstan. A historic event happened recently. As a result of the summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries, held on March 31, this year, the city of Turkestan gained the status of the spiritual capital of the Turkic world. There is every reason to say that this is primarily due to the authority of N. A. Nazarbayev. In this regard, Head of state K. K.
