THE MEMORANDUM WAS SIGNED BETWEEN THE LIBRARY OF ELBASSY AND BASHKIR STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY N. A. M. AKMULLA

On October 23-24, the IV Eurasian humanitarian forum was held in Ufa (Republic of Bashkortostan). It included a cycle of scientific and educational activities aimed at strengthening interstate cooperation in the sphere of science, education, culture, implementation of joint research and educational projects, preservation and promotion of the heritage of enlightenment in the Eurasian space.

Deputy Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan E. Aitkulova, rector of Bashkir State Pedagogical University n. a. M. Akmulla S. Sagitov, Supreme Mufti, Chairman of the Central spiritual administration of Muslims of Russia T. Tajuddin, member of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador A. Ochirova, as well as participants from different cities of Russia and abroad, delivered speeches at the plenary session.

The forum was attended by a leading researcher of the service of social, humanitarian and educational projects of the library of Elbassy, Doctor of philosophy, Professor Gaziz Telebayev. On October 24, within the framework of the conference "Ideals and values of Islam in the educational space of the XXI century", he delivered an open lecture on "Religious identity of youth: recent trends". The report raised problems related to the attitude of Kazakh youth to religion.

- It assessed as more positive with every new generation of Kazakhstanis the role of religion in society. At the same time, there is a growing trend of ambivalent attitude to religion, when along with the positive, some negative processes related to religion come to the fore. Therefore, the negative attitude towards religion is also growing. The trend of strengthening the positions of Islam, associated primarily with the increase in the number of ethnic groups that traditionally adhere to Islam, is clearly expressed. Finally, there is a trend of increasing the active religiosity of young believers. However, it is not of a rapid nature and therefore passive religiosity is likely to dominate the active one for a long time ", the speaker noted, stressing the need for a radical revision of the state youth religious policy.

Within the framework of the forum, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the SI "The Library of the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbassy" and Bashkir State Pedagogical University n.a. M. Akmulla.
