A MEETING OF THE EXPERT REVIEW COMMISSION WAS HELD IN THE LIBRARY

On September 30, 2022, a meeting of the Expert Review Commission was held chaired by the Deputy Director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, D.A. Zhukenov.

The Expert Review Commission is an advisory and consultative body established to consider scientific, methodological and practical issues of examining the value of documents of the personal archive of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The following issues were considered at the next meeting: approval of inventories of electronic photographic documents for permanent storage, identification of particularly valuable documents, as well as the results of the work to complete the personal archive of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the documents on the paper, photo-video-documents.

Following the meeting, it was decided:

- to agree upon the inventories of electronic photo documents of permanent storage for 1999-2000, 2004, 2011, 2013, and 2019;

- To include to especially valuable documents photographic documents - 5 items /189 units;

- to replenish the personal archive of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to accept documents on paper in the amount of 31 items; photo documents – 75 items /9915 units; video documents – 426 items/584 units.
