November 18 this year in the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy, the opening of the fund exhibition "The Magic of personality" took place.
The event was attended by deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The exhibition was prepared from the thematic group "portraits" of the collections of fine art objects and tableware of the museum collection of the Elbasy Library. The event is timed to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is aimed at a deeper understanding of the personality of N.A. Nazarbayev.
Opening the exhibition, the director of the Elbasy Library Bakhytzhan Temirbolat noted: “The first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy entered the history of world politics as the founder of modern Kazakhstan’s statehood.
In many ways, it was the personality phenomenon of Nursultan Nazarbayev that predetermined the success of the Kazakhstan's way. Therefore, his life and work are the subject of close attention from researchers, journalists, writers.
Among the numerous works dedicated to the historical heritage of Elbasy, artistic works of fine art masters are also relevant. Exactly from this, perhaps somewhat unexpected side, we offer you today to look at the image of Nursultan Abishevich, to see him through the eyes of representatives of different cultures and art schools".
“The role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is invaluable. The huge responsibility for the country allowed the whole world to hear and learn about multinational Kazakhstan as a country with enormous opportunities. Peace, harmony and stability were the basis for the construction of an independent state",-said Olga Bulavkina, deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the RK.
The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev always notes the peculiarity of the Elbasy personality, since each generation must remember which events served the formation of the republic and who was behind the creation of independence.
The temporary fund exhibition represents only a small part of the thematic group of portraits donated to Elbasy by foreign leaders, well-known public and state figures, which are made in such author's techniques as art painting with stone chips, fish skin collage, mosaic, Florentine mosaic, sand painting, embroidery, weaving and overglaze painting.
