In his speech, Advisor to the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Alexander Degtyarev said:
"The creation of the state of Kazakhstan is undoubtedly a great achievement of Nursultan Nazarbayev, which has already gone down in history. The second global act of the leader of Kazakhstan is related to the world’s largest region. As a thinker, Nursultan Nazarbaev is characterized by a large-scale and at the same time subtle and precise ability to foresee the course of events for the long term, in this case, related to integration processes in Eurasia."
Catherine Pujol, Professor of History and Civilization of Central Asia at the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations INALCO.
"30 years ago, Kazakhstan entered globalization with unquenchable energy, open, peaceful. From that moment on, it builds his post-Nomadic future as a steppe rider at a fast pace between Nur-Sultan and Almaty, Aktau, Shymkent and Semey. As a historian and witness of the revival of a newly independent Kazakhstan, I admire the geopolitical confidence, multi-polarity and activity of its leaders and its rapid younger generation. Despite the harsh conditions of the current globalization, Kazakhstan is certainly doomed to success," C. Pujol said.
The conference also included panel sessions "Society and Values", "Priorities for Further Development", where presentations were made by domestic and foreign scientists and experts.
