On December 10, 2010 on the eve of the Independence Day in the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held the International Round table “Independence – is a dream of ancestors and reality for descendants!”
After gaining independence the Republic begun to found the democratic and rule-of-law state which has the absoluteness on the whole territory of the state and made its domestic and foreign policy. The special place in the national history has the Independent years. It was one of the hardest and critical years in the Contemporary history of our state.
To the participants of the Round table there were addressed the salutatory of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ambassador, the Head of the OSCE Center in Kazakhstan A. Kelchevski.
During the dialogue there were discussed the actual problems of the Contemporary history of the independent Kazakhstan, development of the international relations, making of parliamentarism, development of the social policy in the country.
The participants remarked on the generalization of the unique experience of saving and strengthening of the unity of polyethnic Kazakhstan society and further deepening of the cooperation between the Museum, state agencies, science and education institutes in researching the socio-political theme. There were also marked that research, evaluation and popularization is a “triad” in the historical role of the activity of the Head of the state.
The scientists experts, historians and coworkers of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan play the important role in studying that activity.
In the Round table took part the representatives of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Embassy of Russian Federation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the representatives of the national-cultural centers, scientists.
