The main mission of the Library of Elbasy is to study, systematize and popularize the political legacy of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev, one of its assets is the Bolashak program and its graduates. It is one of the most striking projects initiated by Elbasy and which since 1993 has been under his personal control. The outstanding achievements of the graduates of the Bolashak program are the clearest confirmation of the correctness of the planned course of Elbasy. Out of this number, 5,754 scholars are women… Recently, we conducted serious research on the contribution of graduates of the Bolashak program to the development of the country. For example, if you look at the medical field – 790 graduates work in the health sector. On average, each of them performs about 391 surgeries. In total, this is 213 thousand lives saved per year. Such specific indicators as saving human lives clearly show how successful the Bolashak program is, and how much it affects the development of our country".
