A GIFT FROM KIDS FOR CAPITAL DAY

The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy hosted the children's festival "Erkın eldıñ eñselı elordasy – Nūr-Sūltan" with the participation of pupils of the nursery garden No. 38 "Shattyk" of Nur-Sultan.

The kids showed the guests a bright and colorful costume performance based on the legends of the Kazakh people, performed songs and poems about the capital, friendship and happy childhood. During the festival, video materials and photo documents from the funds of the Library of the Elbasy were used.

- Holding thematic children's holidays has become a good tradition and the result of a fruitful partnership of the Library of Elbasy with the Department of Education and preschool institutions of the capital. These events contribute to the development of children in the context of multiculturalism, familiarizing preschoolers with the diversity of customs, traditions, spiritual values of their people and the education of patriotism. They are a vivid example of self-expression and the realization of the creative potential of the youngest citizens of the city of Nur-Sultan. During the preparation of the event, young citizens also get acquainted with the role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev in the formation and development of the capital", said Deputy Director of the Library of Elbasy Botagoz Kaipova, congratulating all those present on the upcoming holiday.

Expressing gratitude to the kindergarten staff, she presented letters of thanks to the director, methodologists and educators on behalf of the Library management. Gifts and souvenirs were also prepared for children in memory of the festival.

– When archival photos of Elbasy with children, his visits to kindergartens and schools were shown together with the performance, the whole history of the formation and development of our capital seemed to flash before my eyes. I remember how 15 years ago in 2006 we opened this nursery garden No. 38. This project also started in my presence. It is very gratifying that it continues to this day, develops and expands. Thanks to the Library of Elbasy for supporting preschool education organizations.  In this way, the most important thing is that patriotic and civic feelings are laid among the young generation of Kazakhstanis", the former head of the capital's Department of Education, Asima Bimendina, said during her speech.

Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhuldyz Suleimenova noted the high level of organization of the event, its educational and ideological significance.
- Thanks to our First President Nursultan Abishevich for everything he has done and continues to do for the happy childhood of Kazakhstani children, said the director of the Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Additional Education Raisa Sher.
