GAMES OF THE ERUDITE CLUB «AKIKAT»

Students of Nur-Sultan colleges became participants in the next debate tournament of the "Akikat" club at the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy. The competition was attended by 55 teams.

Topics for discussion are relevant issues that concern modern Kazakhstani society. Among them, trilingualism in Kazakhstan, inclusive education, the role of parents in the choice of a child's career, free internships.

Among the teams that reached the finals, the places were distributed as follows: in the Kazakh league, the 1st place and the challenge cup of the Library of Elbasy were won by the team "Ondeme-soileme" (Higher Trade and Economic College), 2nd place was taken by the team "Critics of Higher Reason" (Pedagogical College of University "Astana"), 3rd place for the team "Alash" (Higher Trade and Economic College).

In the Russian league, the team "Squid game" (Higher Trade and Economic College) won and received the challenge cup of the Library of Elbasy, 2nd place - "Verum" (College of JSC "Financial Academy"), 3rd place - "Bublik "(Higher Trade and Economic college).

The participants noted that the debates contribute to broadening horizons, the ability to explore a problem from different angles and find answers to the relevant questions, in addition, it develops leadership qualities and team spirit. This year the debate club "Akikat" at the Library of Elbasy celebrates its 10th anniversary.
