THE FIRST LESSONS OF HISTORY

On November 6, as part of the scientific and educational program of the Library of Elbassy and the project "Exhibits started talking...", a museum lesson "My family tree is a part of the family tree of my country" was held for pupils of the capital's kindergarten No. 78 "Asyl". The online lesson was conducted by a researcher of the department for social, humanitarian and educational projects Kalamkas Uzenbaeva.

In the course of the lesson, which took place in a playful way, the kids got acquainted with the letter "B", got an idea of the institute of batyrism and genealogy. The lecturer spoke about Kazakh soldiers - batyrs and "bes karu" - the traditional complex of their weapons, the history of the creation of the Armed Forces of independent Kazakhstan, the role of the First President Nursultan Nazarbayev in ensuring the country's security and his distant ancestor - Karasai batyr.

Children took an active part in the lesson, asked questions, expressed their opinions, and making puzzles and analyzing images contributed to the development of fine motor skills, attention and logic.

– It is very exciting and interesting to talk with children about patriotism and love for the motherland. They became interested in studying their genealogy. Both as a teacher and as a parent, I am very happy with such classes, because in everyday life we do not often mention such things as genealogy. Parents of children also expressed their gratitude for the online lesson organized by the Library of Elbassy. We wish the Library employees every success in their work. We hope that the number of such educational events will grow", said Asem Tukbaeva, a kindergarten methodologist.
