On April 16, 2018 at the Museum of Library of Elbassy an exhibition of works of graduates of children's art school No. 1 – UNESCO club of Pavlodar has opened. The "Tugan olkem" exhibition is organized within the republican program of the same name for support of children's creativity which started in February, 2018. In this year of the 20th anniversary of Astana all exhibitions within the "Tugan olkem" program are devoted to capital anniversary.
Opening an exhibition, the deputy director of Library of Elbassy Amirkhan Rakhimzhanov has noted:

– Library of Elbassy together with Children's art school – UNESCO Club of Astana initiated the republican program "Tugan olkem" for support of children's creativity, arisen as a response to N.A. Nazarbayev's article "Rukhani Zhangyru". The program is directed to support of talented and exceptional children, promoting of children's creativity. Thanks to the program inhabitants and guests of the capital can examine the best works of pupils of children's art schools of the country, while the participants have an opportunity to show their achievements in art on such a high platform. I want to thank all the participants and young guests of the exhibition and to wish creative achievements, inspiration, educational attainments, aspiration to the high-level goals.
The honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the academician of Academy of Arts of Kazakhstan Userbay Shuranov has thanked organizers for an opportunity to present works of pupils of Pavlodar in the capital:

– The children's art school No. 1 in Pavlodar is truly considered one of the best in the republic. Skilled teachers, solid material resources, competent administrative management have allowed to lift quality of training pupils to high level. We have come specially to support the pupils. I want to congratulate teachers and to wish creative achievements to children. The children who are constantly engaged in creativity gain not only additional knowledge and skills. They grow up worthy citizens of the country.
The director of Children's art school No. 1 of Pavlodar Lyaylya Magzamova has noted the special importance of this action:

– For us the exhibition in Library of Elbassy is a great honor and pride. We devote it to the anniversary of our favourite capital. I think, this exhibition will be a creative gift for the Capital Day from Pavlodar. We haven't casually brought 80 best works of our pupils. This year is 80th years of the Pavlodar region. I thank the management of the Library of Elbassy for the invitation and an opportunity to participate in implementation of such an interesting project.
