EXHIBITION OF WORKS BY TEACHERS OF THE CHILDREN'S ART SCHOOL - UNESCO СLUB «CREATIVITY: GIFT, HOBBY»

Today, the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy hosted the opening of the exhibition of creative works of teachers of the Children's Art School - UNESCO Сlub "Creativity: gift, hobby", organized within the framework of the republican program to support children's creativity and organizations of additional education "Tugan Olkem".

The event was opened by head of the Service of the registration and preservation of Museum collections of the Library of Elbasy Kulyaysha Aktayeva, who in her remarks stressed that the success of students in Republican and international competitions is the result of many years of tireless work of a team of talented teachers of the Children's Art School UNESCO Club, including members of the Union of Artists of Kazakhstan and the International Union of teachers-artists.

"In the context of globalization, in order not to lose the anchors of our consciousness, we must understand who we are, what our spiritual roots and the components of our being are. It is in the context of a pandemic, while maintaining social distancing, we feel the need to be closer to each other. People are eager to communicate, waiting for new discoveries in themselves. The program "Tugan olkem" is focused on the environment that is formed outside the home. It is important, because within the family, the child cannot complete his development as a person only by filling with knowledge and utilitarian skills. Therefore, teachers-artists are a special group", said K. Aktaeva.

The exhibition features more than 60 works of art in various techniques, genres and directions - these are the results of creative pursuit of artists-teachers Tabigat Kuzhanbaev, Nurbolat Askar, Gulbaram Askarova, Aizada Amanzholova, Gulfara Tukina, Ainagul Tuganbekova, Saule Zhandullaeva, Olzhas Bekenov, Binazir Zhumabekova, Dana Kamalova. In their works, the authors reflected their own vision of the world around them, told about their love for the family, the country, and the culture of their people.

"An artist is a person who can see the beauty and convey it. It is important to preserve the artistic beauty of the world, its atmosphere. Unfortunately, modern technologies often hinder simple human communication, in this regard, the topic of self-knowledge, evaluation and analysis of what is happening around, the preservation of nature and human life plays a huge role. I think these calls are an important part of this exhibition", said Nurbolat Askar, a teacher of the Children's Art School, an artist.
During the event, teachers of the Children's Art School- UNESCO Club were awarded commemorative certificates for their contribution to the development of children's creativity and achievements in art.

The guests of the event were able to feel the creative atmosphere in the artist's improvised workshop. During the master class, under the guidance of an experienced mentor, everyone could create their own work of art.

The Children's Art School - UNESCO Club of Nur-Sultan is a long-standing partner of the Elbasy Library Museum, with which dozens of exhibitions, festivals, master classes, creative meetings and other events have been held since 2005. One of the main results of the cooperation is the work of a children's art studio in the museum building (a branch of the UNESCO Art School Club in Nur-Sultan).
The exhibition "Creativity: a gift, a hobby" in the museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy (11 Beibitshilik Street) will run until March 31 this year.
