Ford Presidential Library and Museum. The Bibliotheca Alexandrina organized a conference “Coexistence, tolerance and acceptance of the other”
The Bibliotheca Alexandrina organized a conference “Coexistence, tolerance and acceptance of the other: Towards a Better Future”, from 22 – 24 November 2022.
The Christian and Islamic religious leaders and intellectuals from Egypt and the Arab world attended the conference. It introduced more than 130 research papers presented by a group of researchers from 14 different countries.

A seminar and film celebrating the centenary of Tutankhamun’s tomb discovery in the Bibliotheca Alexandrina
The Bibliotheca Alexandrina’s Antiquities Museum celebrates the centenary of the discovery of the golden King Tutankhamun’s tomb. The celebration included a seminar on the discovery of this famous tomb, followed by a screening of a film entitled “The dream is loading” on 27 November 2022. The event coincides with the twentieth anniversary celebrations of the inauguration of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
The seminar begun with a speech by Dr. Hussein Abdel Bassir, Director of the Antiquities Museum, and Taghreed Hussein, President of Nile TV International.
The film revolves around the journey of a young Egyptian man named Hani, who was intrigued by his foreign friends' passion for collecting souvenirs belonging to King Tutankhamun. This prompted him to further research and reflect on the life of this young king, the circumstances of his accession to the throne, and the mystery surrounding his death. The screening was followed by an open discussion between the audience and the filmmakers.

In the exhibition of "Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk" people can see 133 photographs that covered the period from the youth of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk to his funeral.

On November 18, the II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Main Directions for Improving the National Security System" was held at the Presidential Library of the Republic of Belarus.
The event was held with the support of the State Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Investigative Committee and the Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of the Investigative Committee.
Within the framework of the scientific-practical conference, the library organized the exhibition “Main Directions for Improving the National Security System”. The exposition included books, articles and publications of speakers from periodicals, electronic editions, as well as documents from the fund of rare and early printed publications on issues of ensuring the rule of law.
