From words to action

The referendum as an instrument of direct democracy has shown its vitality and effectiveness during the nationwide voting on June 5, 2022.

The political culture of Kazakhstan has overcome an important milestone in the formation of the architecture of the Second Republic. During the preparation and holding of the referendum there was a mobilization of the mass consciousness. This phenomenon should be regarded as an important internal factor, moreover, a catalyst of socio-political processes that create the fundamental bases of the New Kazakhstan. Voting for the proposed amendments, the citizens of Kazakhstan created the legislative basis of the profound reforms affecting all spheres of social life, principles of functioning of the state administration system and national economy.

It is time to create a new constitutional reality by the forces and mind of citizens with critical thinking, the necessary "margin of safety" of civil position, loyalty to the ideals of sovereignty and independence.
