BOOK COLLECTIONS OF THE LIBRARY OF ELBASY: «ART ANTHOLOGY OF KAZAKHSTAN. PAINTING»

A new edition entered the book collection of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy.
The first volume of the series "Art anthology of Kazakhstan" was published in 2004 by the editors of the "Golden Book" and devoted to the study of the fine art of Kazakhstan since the 20s of the last century.

The publication contains essays by famous art critics B. Umorbekov, G. Syrlybaeva, E. Malinovskaya, D. Sharipova, R. Ergalieva, R. Kopbosinova, Z. Erzhan, B. Barmankulova, V. Buchinskaya, I. Yuferova, V. Turchin, on the history of the development of painting, the peculiarities and traditions of the national school, the creativity of famous Kazakh artists and the most urgent problems of fine art.
The section "Artists of Kazakhstan" is a reference book containing information about more than 120 recognized and unfairly forgotten national masters: biography, creative path, recognition and achievements, characteristic features of creativity and style.
All articles are available in Russian and English. They are accompanied by colorful illustrations of paintings. This allows the reader to get acquainted with the modern visual art of Kazakhstan in all the variety of its genres and directions.
